As a Medical Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring our patients receive the highest quality consultations and guidance regarding their medical cannabis needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert consultations and guidance to patients on medical cannabis products and usage.
- Communicate effectively with store staff, vendors, and other stakeholders to implement and maintain store goals, protocols, and policies.
- Lead by example in demonstrating exceptional customer service and professionalism.
- Manage patient flow and provide outstanding care and support to patients and caregivers.
- Conduct virtual and in-person consultations and follow-ups to ensure patients receive accurate and helpful information.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including HIPAA guidelines and state regulations.
- Mentor and train store staff on compliance, products, and best practices.
- Report any issues or complaints related to products to the Store Manager, Compliance Manager, and State Director.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new Medical Professionals.
- Active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license or Physician Assistant license.
- Registered medical professional with the Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana.
- Comprehensive background check per NRS.
- 4-Hour CME Course completion.
- Strong team management and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Compliance and regulation attitude.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and focused.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Knowledge of cannabis.
- Flexibility regarding work schedule and willingness to work 5-6 days per week.
