Advanced Observability Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Observability Expert to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elevate product offerings at international trade shows and with key customers.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, CSMs, Marketing, Innovation Labs, and Expert Services consultants.
  • Manage proof-of-concepts (PoCs) onsite and remotely, build key customer relationships, and complete Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).

As an Advanced Observability Expert, you will execute compelling demos that showcase the Dynatrace approach to solving customer pain points. Your expertise in all facets of Advanced Observability will be essential in delivering exceptional results. You will work closely across teams to ensure seamless execution and outstanding customer experiences.

Some other key responsibilities include: building key customer relationships, completing RFIs and RFPs, managing PoCs, working closely with sales teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, drive business growth through strategic partnerships, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
