Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Identify target markets, develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, and set key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Campaign Execution: Create and manage marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including paid advertising (PPC), email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, and landing pages.
  • Lead Generation: Design and implement lead generation initiatives to attract qualified potential customers.
  • Customer Acquisition: Optimize the customer acquisition funnel to increase conversion rates and drive new user sign-ups.
  • Customer Retention: Implement strategies to retain existing customers and encourage upgrades to higher subscription tiers.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, extract actionable insights, and make data-driven adjustments to marketing strategies.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Continuously test different marketing approaches to identify the most effective tactics for maximizing ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and smooth customer journey.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a SaaS growth marketing professional.
  • In-depth understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle.
  • Experience with the AARRR Funnel / Pirate Metrics.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tactics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and experiment with new marketing strategies.
