Behavioral Health Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Care Specialist to join our multi-disciplinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, including EPIC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides clinical social work services on a designated unit in a manner consistent with the objectives of the organization.
  • Conducts psychosocial assessments, individual, group and family therapy, participation in treatment team planning, processing commitments, and discharge planning/case management service.
  • Provides crisis intervention and liaison services with referral sources and other departments within the organization.
Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred, but 0-1 year of experience required.
  • Social Work or Professional Counselor License preferred.
