We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Content Reviewer.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced content reviewer to utilize their skills and experience to review and evaluate various types of content, including text, audio, video, and photos. The successful candidate will have excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to assess content factuality, relevance, and alignment with user intent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and rate various content types, ensuring adherence to defined policies and guidelines.
  • Assess AI-generated responses for accuracy, factuality, relevance, helpfulness, language usage, and alignment with user intent.
  • Conduct research and fact-checking by comparing AI-generated responses with other generally available sources.
  • Rate and stack rank responses, providing clear reasoning while ensuring consistency in rating decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • English B1/B2
  • Native Portuguese language speaker
  • University degree (preferred) with 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills, with the ability to present reasoning clearly and concisely
  • Strong understanding of AI models and their capabilities
  • Knowledge of established guidelines and best practices for content rating
