Job Title: Content Reviewer

Role Summary:

We seek a detail-oriented and analytical Content Reviewer to evaluate various types of content based on predefined policies and guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and writing skills, with the ability to present clear and concise reasoning.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate user-generated and AI-generated content
  • Conduct research and fact-checking for accuracy and relevance
  • Assess AI-generated responses for alignment with user intent
  • Rate and rank responses while ensuring adherence to guidelines
  • Support internal training and quality assurance initiatives
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to improve content quality

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Native Portuguese speaker with English B1/B2 proficiency

University degree (preferred)

1 year of relevant experience in journalism, literature, writing, or a comparable field

Basic computer handling skills and typing speed of 25-30 words per minute

Experience with G Suite, especially Google Sheets

Excellent verbal and writing skills with the ability to present clear reasoning
