We are seeking a highly skilled Evaluation Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our online content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular assessments of AI model performance, adhering to established evaluation standards.
- Analyze user searches to optimize search strategies, preventing objectionable or disturbing content from reaching our users.
- Identify and rate AI model bad cases, ensuring the highest quality results.
- Participate in projects outside your core area, utilizing flexible assessment methods as needed.
- Collaborate with sensitive issues, including child exploitation, diverse religious and political views, violence, and adult/sexual content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- Excellent language skills (Spanish & English).
- Knowledge of AI or related models, familiarity with social media platforms.
- In-depth understanding of local culture and internet usage habits.
- Strong ability to learn and understand new concepts.
- Familiarity with common office software; search evaluation experience is preferred.
