About the Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team of Quality Assurance Analysts, driving performance and excellence in content moderation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a QA role, preferably within a content moderation or safety environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Quality Assurance Analysts, providing guidance, support, and feedback to drive performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify, assess, and resolve safety-related issues in our products.
- Provide analysis and feedback on policy updates to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Prior experience leading/managing/mentoring teams.
- Previous experience in a QA role, ideally within a Content Moderation/Content Quality/Safety environment.
- Able to pay attention to detail and comfortable using data analysis to identify trends.
