Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer

At our organization, we're looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead our Quality Assurance efforts. As part of our dynamic team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing robust automated testing suites across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop test strategies and plans to ensure the highest level of quality in our software products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks using industry-leading tools such as Cypress.io, TestCafe, and Selenium
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of testing into the development process
- Identify and report defects, providing actionable recommendations for resolution
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on quality assurance
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
- Experience with testing methodologies and implementation
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
