Software Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our QA team in São Paulo. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us deliver high-quality software solutions to our clients.
- Develop effective testing strategies to ensure the quality of our software products.
- Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Manage and optimize the use of tools such as GitHub, Confluence, Nexus, and Jenkins.
- Create and maintain test automation scripts using Selenium.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous integration and delivery of software.
- Conduct regular test planning and review meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance and testing methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of automation testing tools, particularly Selenium.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., GitHub) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in Agile methodologies is desirable.
