Job Role Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our LATAM GDP Audit strategy for external suppliers.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance, auditing within the pharmaceutical industry and familiarity with the LATAM market and regulatory environment.

This role involves managing an auditor's team and overseeing the GDP external audit process, including audit program management, execution, and CAPA follow-up.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving process improvements and simplifications in the business area, as well as supporting quality trainings and process enhancements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a life science such as pharmaceutical or similar.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Intermediate level of Portuguese is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, auditing within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
