Comprehensive Quality Assurance Specialist

AgileEngine is seeking a skilled Manual Testing Specialist to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
\This role requires comprehensive manual testing expertise, with a focus on designing and executing thorough test cases and scripts. The ideal candidate will have experience with Selenium and Python, as well as proficiency in tools like Jira and xRay.
\The Manual Testing Specialist will work closely with the development team to understand requirements, plan testing processes, and identify issues for correction. Strong analytical, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute thorough manual test cases and test scripts based on system specifications and requirements;\
- Develop multiple test scenarios, including non-traditional test cases, negative testing, edge cases, and performance considerations, to ensure robust product validation;\
- Collaborate closely with the development team to understand requirements, plan testing processes, and identify issues for correction;\
- Create detailed logs to document testing phases and identify defects;\
- Report bugs and errors to development teams, primarily using Jira;\
- Troubleshoot issues and help identify root causes of defects;\
- Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, test reports, and test documentation, with experience in tools like Xray;\
- Participate actively in Agile-Scrum development processes, providing valuable feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement;\
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.\
- Quick learner with a passion for troubleshooting, excellent organizational skills, including priority management and adaptability.\
- Upper-Intermediate English level.\
- Strong attention to detail, dynamic and proactive approach, demonstrating initiative in work.\
