About the Role

Tencent Cloud is seeking a seasoned Senior Channel Sales Manager to drive the growth of our channel sales in the LATAM region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust sales strategy to acquire and manage indirect channel sales partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate partner sales performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Address partner-related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop a positive working relationship with partners to drive business growth
  • Stay current with market trends and competitor activities
  • Communicate product updates and enhancements to partners
  • Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities
  • Work with partners to develop sales proposals, quotations, and pricing plans
  • Deliver customer presentations, attend sales meetings, and partner conferences
  • Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns, and promotional events
  • Drive revenue growth through indirect channel partners and their affiliates
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a related field
  • Bilingual in English and Portuguese; fluent in Spanish is a plus
  • 5+ years of channel sales experience in the public cloud or related industry
  • Experience in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners
  • Knowledge of cloud, CDN, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS industry, and internet space is a plus
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue
