Senior Cloud Sales Manager

Tencent Cloud is seeking a seasoned Senior Channel Sales Manager to drive the growth of our channel sales in the LATAM region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust sales strategy to acquire and manage indirect channel sales partners.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate partner sales performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
- Address partner-related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities
- Develop a positive working relationship with partners to drive business growth
- Stay current with market trends and competitor activities
- Communicate product updates and enhancements to partners
- Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities
- Work with partners to develop sales proposals, quotations, and pricing plans
- Deliver customer presentations, attend sales meetings, and partner conferences
- Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns, and promotional events
- Drive revenue growth through indirect channel partners and their affiliates
- Bachelor's degree or above in a related field
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese; fluent in Spanish is a plus
- 5+ years of channel sales experience in the public cloud or related industry
- Experience in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners
- Knowledge of cloud, CDN, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS industry, and internet space is a plus
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue
