Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Risk Identification & Assessment team in driving the identification and accurate representation of risks and controls in our CORE platform. This role will be responsible for partnering with Markets BCM and central CORE teams to ensure the representation of Markets' risks and controls in CORE is complete and accurate.

The successful candidate will have experience in risk management, control environment design, and implementation. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence business leaders in a meaningful and actionable manner.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvements in process efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Risk Identification & Assessment team in driving the identification and accurate representation of risks and controls in CORE.
  • Partner with Markets BCM and central CORE teams to ensure the representation of Markets' risks and controls in CORE is complete and accurate.
  • Drive effective and efficient use of the CORE platform in Markets.
  • Complete required risk and control reporting and reviews in a high-quality and efficient way.
Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of financial service experience in controls, audit, quality assurance, risk management, or compliance.
  • Proficient knowledge of control and risk management concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
