Results-Driven Sales Performance Coach

We are seeking a seasoned professional to deliver engaging sales training experiences that drive measurable results for our clients.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute tailored programming that meets client objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering high-impact training sessions that equip participants with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in sales
  • Project managing client engagements to ensure seamless execution, on-time delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining and advancing expertise in sales methodologies, products, and services to provide best-in-class guidance to clients
  • Ensuring alignment with client goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) through regular feedback and coaching

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Proven experience in sales training, facilitation, and coaching, with a strong track record of driving results
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
