Quality Assurance Specialist for Game Development

About the RoleThis Quality Assurance II position plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and stability of our games. As part of our QA team, you will be responsible for executing tests, identifying defects, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality gaming experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Perform functional testing and reporting for assigned game features
- Develop experience with non-functional testing, including performance, compatibility, and user experience
- Contribute to test design and product ownership, including development coordination
- Develop expertise in leveraging test tools and automation
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the refinement of team processes
- Basic experience in functional testing roles
- Growth mindset and attitude
- Self-initiative to give and receive feedback
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Standard knowledge of bug tracking tools
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
- Good communication skills
- Basic PC or Mac experience
- 3+ years of QA experience in the gaming industry
- Passion for video games and ongoing gamer status
