Sinch is a global leader in the market for Communication Platforms as a Service (CPaaS), empowering businesses to connect with customers through various channels. We seek an Atlassian Support Specialist to join our team, ensuring teams have optimal tools and support to collaborate using Atlassian products.
This role may involve working on a rotating schedule and occasional weekend work. You will enhance internal users' experience while fostering continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance for Atlassian products: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket.
- Troubleshoot issues, administer configurations, and optimize workflows.
- Evaluate teams' utilization of Atlassian tools.
- Participate in rotating schedules and accommodate weekend work as needed.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and user satisfaction.
- Experience with support for Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
- Strong understanding of software development and Agile methodologies.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, Python) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Team player with a focus on collaboration and user satisfaction.
- Prior experience in technical support or system administration is preferred.
