The Project Manager plays a crucial role in leading project teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring successful project delivery by applying agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide regular portfolio status updates and track KPI's/Metrics related to all project tasks assigned.
- Collaborate and manage relationships with teams across geographies and technology streams.
- Ensure team adherence to business and compliance requirements, including timesheets, billing inputs, expense reports, and client stakeholder satisfaction.
- Drive high billable utilization and productive engagement during non-billed periods.
- Participate in solution development activities and change management for complex projects.
- Develop knowledge assets like business flows, system flows, and other relevant artifacts.
- Actively engage with client PM's and BA's to understand project plans, key deliverables, milestones, specific tasks, and client approvals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in scrum methodologies and experience as a scrum master.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on change management techniques.
- Sound understanding and practical application of agile methodologies in project management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to lead project teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to identify risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex project challenges.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) and scrum master certification (CSM) are advantageous.
- Fluent English and SAP MM/TM skills are required.
