Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project lead to manage complex projects from initiation to closure. This role requires strong project planning, control, and execution skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing projects across multiple knowledge areas, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and control. They will be responsible for tracking planned work execution, managing quality of deliverables, performance against proposed objectives, costs, and information integrity, as well as adherence to agreed schedules.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Monitor and execute the lifecycle of internal organizational projects, addressing all knowledge areas of the Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Control process groups.
  • Scope and Communication Planning: Provide support in constructing detailed scopes of work and facilitate connections among business units through a communication plan.
  • Project Execution and Monitoring: Track planned work execution, managing quality of deliverables, performance against proposed objectives, costs, and information integrity, as well as adherence to agreed schedules.
  • Strategic Partnership and Decision-Making: Collaborate with strategic levels by focusing on results and process-oriented thinking, defining project priorities, importance, and urgency.
  • Risk Management and Improvement Proposals: Identify potential risks proactively and develop improvement proposals and corrective plans.
  • Team and Stakeholder Mediation: Act as a mediator between the operational team and senior management, efficiently overseeing projects and addressing partner needs by presenting relevant business unit information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Post-graduation or MBA in Project Management and Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP).
  • At least 3 years of experience in project planning and control.
  • Advanced English skills - writing, reading, and communication.
