Infrastructure Manager - Safety Projects

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to oversee and lead complex safety projects within the infrastructure and mobility sectors. The role involves managing large-scale engineering projects, developing comprehensive project plans, and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget. They will also possess excellent leadership and decision-making skills, as well as strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing large-scale engineering projects in sectors such as Metro, Rail, LRT, Roads, Ports, and Wet/Dry Infrastructures.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Managing and mitigating project risks, ensuring proactive identification and resolution of potential issues.
  • Coordinating and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred).
  • Proven experience in Project Management and Contract Management within the Mobility and/or Infrastructure sectors.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
