Biodiversity Conservation Specialist

We are seeking an expert to lead biodiversity baseline studies, critical habitat assessments, and ecosystem services evaluations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for vegetation suppression processes, risk identification, and mitigation strategies.

This is a mid-senior level position that requires at least 8 years of experience in biodiversity assessment, management, and conservation planning.

• Bachelor's degree in biology, ecology, or related field
• Demonstrated expertise in applying IFC Performance Standard 6 (PS6) and integrating nature-related risk frameworks like TNFD
• Proficient in GIS, remote sensing, and biodiversity data platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in biodiversity-sensitive regions is highly desirable

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic consultancy work.
