Job Description
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Develop and implement market strategies to increase market share and visibility.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Business Operations and Planning
    • Develop and manage business plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
