As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce platform.

This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand strategy alignment and supporting integrations with third-party applications and tools. You will also identify and resolve data and configuration anomalies within the platform, maintain system integrity, and provide system administration support including user permissions, custom objects, and workflows.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring seamless integration of new features and applications
  • Collaborating with teams to gather and define business requirements
  • Managing software licenses and sales site configurations
  • Analyzing app metrics and optimizing campaign performance

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Proficiency in English and advanced Excel skills
  • Understanding of digital user behaviors and app interactions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Additional qualifications include experience in telecommunications, startups, technology, mobile, internet, paid TV, SaaS, or related fields, as well as expertise in agile methodologies and project management.
