Are you a seasoned leader looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead Software Developer to lead the development of API Microservices utilizing a standard Spring Boot technology stack.
Job OverviewAs a senior team lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of the API team to participate in full-stack development. You will work closely with our team to design and implement cutting-edge solutions using the latest version of Groovy, Spring Boot, and API Microservices.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of API Microservices utilizing Spring Boot technology stack
- Participate and lead the transformation of the API team to participate in full-stack development
- Work closely with our team to design and implement cutting-edge solutions
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of experience as a senior team lead
- 5+ years of experience participating in an Agile methodology
- Experience partnering and communicating with external customers
- Automated testing best practices as part of your development methodology
You should also be able to:
- Assist and hold a team of Senior Developers accountable to commitments
- Lead by example using common enterprise-level development best practices
- Problem solve strategically within the context of project delivery goals
