Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end email campaigns for B2B clients, encompassing copywriting, segmentation, delivery, reporting, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with Content Leads to design lead magnets that drive email list growth.
  • Grow and segment B2B email lists by establishing clear performance metrics.
  • Design and implement email marketing workflows to enhance call-to-action rates and revenue.
  • Compose compelling email copy in excellent English that aligns with brand voice.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on email performance with actionable recommendations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (growth, content, sales) to synchronize messaging and cadence across the customer journey.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B email marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Proven success in growing and segmenting a B2B email list.
  • Excellent written American English and persuasive copywriting skills.
  • Hands-on experience managing email marketing and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo).
  • Clear understanding of deliverability, list hygiene, and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable working with metrics to drive performance.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
