IT Product Lead Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the integration of our enterprise Salesforce platform with external systems.

  • Leverage technical expertise to integrate the enterprise Salesforce platform with external systems like SAP/ERP, Eloqua, data warehouse, custom applications, etc.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and inform business decisions.
  • Analyze information from source/target systems with Salesforce objects/fields and collaborate to confirm mappings and transformations.
  • Coordinate the execution of integration scope, schedule, dependencies, and cross-collaboration within IT and business units.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce integration.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Administration, VisualForce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, APEX, Force.Com, and AppExchange.
