Machine Learning Engineer Role Overview

We seek a seasoned expert in machine learning engineering to drive innovation and excellence in our advertising systems. With a strong background in software development and a passion for leveraging cutting-edge ML techniques, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and scaling high-performing ad algorithms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable infrastructure to support real-time ad decisioning across millions of requests per day
  • Apply deep learning approaches (e.g., reinforcement learning) to optimize ad performance
  • Develop and deploy rigorous experiments (A/B and multivariate tests) to measure model impact on business KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch high-impact ad features and stay ahead of emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software development and ML engineering experience, including 3+ years focused on advertising systems
  • Expertise in one or more ML areas: Recommendation Systems, Advertising Algorithms, NLP, or CV
  • Proficiency with Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Familiarity with distributed data processing (Spark, Ray) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
