Regional Marketing Lead

Embark on a challenging and rewarding journey as our Regional Marketing Lead, where you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans for each business unit, prioritizing key commercial initiatives
  • Align and challenge business unit heads on marketing disciplines, ensuring seamless execution
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of skilled professionals, passionate about generating insights from the field and translating findings into actionable opportunities
  • Roll out EIB (Bayer Integrated Experience) internally and with channel partners, closely aligned with the Loyalty & Experience team
  • Activate processes connecting CP strategy to demand generation with Bayer's value proposition enablers, including innovation, sustainability, and digital products and services
  • Implement and maintain scalable processes to engage and update sales and marketing teams, ensuring sales performance
  • Monitor local market trends and price surveys to set up best short-term price and campaign strategies, balancing company profitability and customer share growth
  • Manage sales campaigns, product mix, volumes, price goals, and strategic market issues
  • Lead the marketing perspective through the ACP process at the business unity, connecting business needs and opportunities to execution capacity
Requirements:
  • Experience in Ag business in a Manager position with deep understanding of marketing and commercial aspects
  • Skilled in decision making and high capacity for execution and monitoring of activities
  • Knowledge in GTM, CX, Campaign, Pricing, Digital, and Field Force Maximization
  • Ability to manage, collaborate, and influence across cross-functional teams to capture business growth opportunities in ambiguous environments
