About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Training and Competence Coordinator to join our team at Iqtalent. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects by providing expert training and competence services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Compliance: Provide regular reports and information to management to drive mandatory training and competence compliance progress.
  • Training Matrix Management: Create and monitor reports on Training Matrix compliance management, including client-specific reports.
  • Competence Progression: Provide standardized reporting on competence progression and support the business in technical training and competence matters.
  • Training and Competence Advice: Provide feedback to the Region T&C Lead on training and competence frameworks in line with local business and industry requirements and standards.
  • Programme Coordination: Coordinate and support technical training and competence programmes, including internal and external competence assurance activities.
  • Training Gap Analysis: Conduct training gap analysis and run accurate pre-employment mandatory certification compliance checks.
  • Training Records Management: Update the Training & Competence Management Systems, including training records data entry, competence portfolios, etc.
  • Training Provider Sourcing: Source external training providers, agencies, and accredited bodies where necessary to meet legislative and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Training and Competence Experience: Typically requires some Training & Competence experience, preferably in a highly regulated process industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Intermediate or advanced knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to manage a high volume of work and to prioritize.
  • Analytical Skills: Clear understanding of technical disciplines and associated competencies.
  • Advisory Skills: Ability to analyse data and provide recommendations on findings.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Advanced level of competence in the application of standards, processes, and procedures and how they are used in work execution.
  • Regulatory Framework: Knowledge of applicable regulatory framework and associated legislation.
