Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, manage budgets, and oversee the execution of project requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a diverse team of over 1,000 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and develop strong relationships with internal and external clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, US government representatives, and host nation officials.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including safety, quality control, and foreign corrupt practices.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in operations management, facilities management, logistics, and/or similar work, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and manage a large organization.
- Certifications: Formal training in project management methodology and knowledge of US Air Force operations and contracting support in contingency environments.
