Job Description:

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Brazil Financial Controller to ensure timely and accurate billing. Your primary responsibility will be to review the daily invoice pipeline report and post invoices in accordance with deadlines and company policies.

You will also be responsible for building knowledge of client invoice requirements to ensure adherence to their processes, completing compliance checks on all transactions, and managing billing mailboxes and queries independently and as part of the team.

In addition, you will assist with inter-company non-cash settlements, including reporting, sales ledger housekeeping, investigations, and responding to discrepancy queries. You will also provide full AR support outside of the billing period, manage business group re-charges, and free text invoice requests.

  • Review the Daily Invoice Pipeline Report and post invoices accordingly
  • Build knowledge of client invoice requirements to ensure adherence to their processes
  • Complete compliance checks on all transactions and approve or reject them as necessary
  • Manage billing mailboxes and queries independently and as part of the team
  • Assist with inter-company non-cash settlements, including reporting, sales ledger housekeeping, investigations, and responding to discrepancy queries
  • Provide full AR support outside of the billing period
  • Manage business group re-charges and free text invoice requests

  • Outgoing and confident personality who can operate at all levels and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
