Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the customer service team;
  • Monitor system alerts;
  • Review ticket life cycles;
  • Track customer support queues;
  • Act as a liaison for client escalations;
  • Conduct regular reviews of tickets and processes;
  • Develop new processes and routines to improve project efficiency;
  • Analyze SLA performance indicators;
  • Monitor key performance indicators;
  • Ensure internal communication channels are open;
  • Delegate tasks among team members;
  • Support time-off management;
  • Lead meetings with clients to present results and align efforts;
  • Provide periodic feedback to analysts;
Requirements:
  • Advanced English proficiency and intermediate Spanish skills;
  • Technical infrastructure knowledge;
  • Operating System expertise;
  • Software familiarity;
  • Certifications: ITIL Foundation.
