Key Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Producer at MediaMonks, you will collaborate with the world's leading brands to strategize, plan, and produce a diverse range of intelligent production content, while pushing the boundaries of what's achievable with a keen focus on innovative technologies.
  • We seek a Senior Producer who is a pioneer in the field of Experiential, guiding our clients to the forefront of experience design, leveraging your extensive experience to drive our team towards new innovations in the industry.
  • Your role will involve uniting our in-house talent, integrating various disciplines to ensure exceptional work is produced across MediaMonks' global locations.
  • You will steer the strategic direction of our offerings, pitching on new briefs and RFPs, transforming projects into successful outcomes.
  • In addition, you will facilitate the generation of new work by converting these pitches into tangible projects, functioning as a comprehensive solution provider.
  • You will act as a pace-setter and mediator for projects, serving as the primary client point of contact on significant projects.
  • You will lead innovative production paths for projects that engage with novel uses of technology, while also exercising restraint to avoid unnecessary complexity, adopting a human-first approach to ensure technology serves actual client needs.

  • You will be responsible for scoping and quoting key projects, as well as planning and scheduling production work, ensuring projects are profitable, feasible, and award-winning.
  • Additionally, you will compile reports on sales and forecasts.
  • As the link between concept and execution, you will work closely with clients and colleagues globally, maintaining a focus on creative excellence and quality.

Qualifications

  • We are looking for an experienced integrated producer with 6-8 years of high-level experience in digital advertising/production, with a strong focus on technology including experiential, web development, and emerging technologies.
  • A proven track record of delivering complex projects in the experiential domain is essential.
  • Strong technical knowledge of digital production, particularly in experiential & events, web UX & UI, platform development, Mixed Reality, and film/digital content production is required.
  • A solid understanding of the requirements for executing multi-faceted projects and the technical acumen to anticipate and resolve production challenges is necessary.
  • Managing multiple projects across clients and teams demands excellent planning and communication skills.
  • While you are adept at managing your inbox, you excel in real-time interactions, motivating teams to achieve results, regardless of their location.
  • In summary, you are capable of overcoming challenges, overseeing projects, and thriving under tight deadlines.
