Asset Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned process professional to assume responsibility for asset surveillance and intelligence.

This role will involve leveraging data analytics tools to detect equipment failure mode degradation and operating window deviations on offshore assets. You will process abnormal behavior alerts into effective maintenance recommendations and track them through completion.

  • You will conduct proactive asset surveillance aiming at early detection of anomalies and failure modes on offshore assets processes and equipment in your technical discipline and assigned systems/assets.
  • You will utilize relevant available asset surveillance tools to perform the asset surveillance.
  • You will transform surveillance alerts from relevant surveillance tools into either a maintenance recommendation, refine the algorithms that triggered the alert or raise a request for algorithm review/improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Process Engineering or equivalent qualifications in relevant disciplines. They will also have experience in an operational energy industry or processing environment with at least 2 years of asset surveillance experience with process data analytics and/or predictive maintenance.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of energy production. They will collaborate closely with the central Asset Surveillance & Intelligence (ASI) department and other relevant departments on surveillance tool and algorithm continuous improvement.
