We are seeking a Risk Management professional to join our team at our new Brazilian office. The successful candidate will lead the development and oversight of the Risk Management Unit, ensuring timely and effective resolution of risk-related cases.

The ideal candidate will possess strong decision-making and communication skills, with a proven track record in risk management and a keen understanding of the payments field.

Responsibilities:">

  • Lead the development and oversight of the Risk Management Unit">
  • Oversee day-to-day handling of risk management cases across all systems and platforms relevant to the team">
  • Manage complex chargeback cases, compromised accounts, and fund recovery efforts">
  • Act as the point of escalation for internal and external communications related to serious risk concerns">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Fluency in English

Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker

4 years of previous experience in a similar role

Excellent knowledge of the risk and payments field

Strong decision-making and communication skills

Team player with leadership skills
