With expertise in risk management, you will collaborate closely with the Brazil FX Operations Head to drive efficient processing of foreign exchange transactions. This senior role involves a comprehensive approach to identifying and analyzing potential risks within the processing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and execute business initiatives that support risk analysis and control measures.
- Conduct thorough assessments to define and analyze risks, ensuring that controls are operating effectively.
- Evaluate existing processes, policies, and procedures to pinpoint weaknesses and provide actionable recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
- Monitor and measure the control environment of the area, escalating concerns promptly to prevent potential risks.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in control or auditing roles, or significant experience and skills in operational management or project implementation.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of financial services industry standards, compliance regulations, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
