Job Description

As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of domestic and international customer orders. Your primary goal is to maintain seamless order fulfillment, meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the customer relations department to resolve order-related issues and address any concerns or shortages.
  • Manage warehouse operations, overseeing the storage and retrieval of finished goods in accordance with safety data sheets.
  • Interface with carriers and drivers, updating company systems with accurate information and facilitating smooth shipments.
  • Collaborate with the transportation department to schedule shipments and resolve inventory-related issues using SAP and other tools.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You must also be proficient in SAP and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
