The Logistics Coordinator will oversee the entire logistics process from procurement to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage timelines and status in Client system and internal controls, ensuring visibility and traceability at all stages.
  2. Validate Commercial Invoice, Packing List, photos, fumigation and other required shipping documents according to SOPs and checklists.
  3. Request freight pick-up and coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure fiscal and documentation compliance.
  4. Identify and address discrepancies among PO, CIPL, and MR (OSND).
  5. Flag special requirements and apply correct procedures according to internal instructions.
  6. Participate in meetings with suppliers, clients and internal departments to align priorities and solve critical issues.
  7. Prepare logistics performance reports and indicators for assigned POs and Projects.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of customs, export and import processes is considered an added value to the role.
  • Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced English for communication and document review.
  • Strong organizational skills, sense of urgency, and effective communication.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks, manage critical projects, and perform effectively under pressure.
