This role is responsible for performing a range of maintenance activities on aircraft and their assemblies in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct routine inspections, repairs, and replacements of aircraft components to ensure airworthiness.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Carry out alterations and reconstructions on aircraft and their assemblies as required by regulatory authorities or the organization.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians in their duties, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Assist in the training and development of staff with less experience in the area.
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
- Significant experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably with a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Proficiency in Portuguese (verbal, writing, and reading) and intermediate English proficiency.
- Certification in Aircraft Maintenance (CHT) in AVI and CEL; certification in GMP desirable but not essential.
