Senior Aviation Maintenance Leader

This role involves supervising and coordinating all maintenance functions at assigned locations. The primary goal is to ensure activities are performed safely in accordance with schedule requirements and regulatory compliance.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance functions on shift.
- Assign technicians and personnel according to requirements for maximum productivity and cost control.
- Ensure your team has the necessary resources available and holds them accountable for their work.
- Oversee safety and security of aircraft and maintenance operations.
- Provide leadership and direction to maximize productivity while ensuring resources are available.
- Coordinate and supervise all maintenance functions on shift.
- Assign technicians based on requirements.
- Maintain a high level of awareness regarding operational, safety, and human resource performance objectives.
- Communicate effectively with employee groups within the station.
- Meet or exceed station performance goals and objectives.
- High School Technical Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in the aircraft maintenance industry.
- FAA A&P Certificate.
- Extensive knowledge of aircraft maintenance operations and applicable FAA regulations.
- Valid Passport and U.S. Visa (prescheduled US Consulate visit accepted).
- Valid local driver's license.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Portuguese language skills.
- Licenses and certifications as required by law.
The selected candidate will work on local terms and conditions. This position does not offer expatriate assignments or sponsorship for employment visas.
