Maintenance Technician

Baxter is a global leader in medical technology, and we're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks and troubleshooting equipment issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs as needed
  • Conduct preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
  • Develop and implement procedures for maintaining and improving equipment performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tech school completion in electronics or mechatronics
  • Strong knowledge of automation and CLP (Control Logic Programming)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Familiarity with measurement instruments
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and standards (e.g., NR10)
