About This Role

We're seeking a skilled Customer Success Engineer to partner with large industrial clients, leveraging our solutions to optimize their operations, reduce downtime, and achieve long-term success.

  • Partner with enterprise clients to develop and execute strategic maintenance plans.
  • Conduct in-depth training for operational teams and executives, ensuring seamless adoption of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with client teams on the factory floor to resolve complex maintenance challenges.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate value, share insights, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a liaison between client teams and internal engineering to address advanced technical issues.

You'll Thrive in This Role If:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in industrial environments, with roles as a production or maintenance supervisor preferred.
  • You possess extensive knowledge of predictive maintenance and factory floor operations.
  • You excel at building strong relationships with C-level executives and factory teams.
  • You have a data-driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and technical expertise.
