Mass Recruitment Specialist

Job Description: Amazon is seeking highly motivated individuals to take the lead in securing personnel for mass recruitment programs at logistics sites. Staffing Leads will input optimal information to teams that plan and execute recruitment plans, including posting job advertisements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Secure necessary personnel through negotiations with temporary staffing agencies as well as fill Amazon direct roles
• Rigorously approach problem solving and analytics, producing, interpreting, and drawing conclusions from data
• Provide expertise and technical/operational guidance to stakeholders and operations leaders
• Anticipate bottlenecks and provide escalation management, balancing business needs versus constraints
• Establish business priorities, identifying and communicating risks and mitigation plans in collaboration with stakeholders
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with HR processes and systems
• Experience working with KPIs and SLAs
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with process improvement and stakeholder management
• Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information
