Job Description:
As a Workforce Staffing Manager, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence for our logistics sites. Your primary responsibility will be to lead mass recruitment programs to secure personnel and ensure smooth receipt and shipment at our logistics hubs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential issues in the hiring process and implement corrective actions to prevent similar problems from occurring in the future.
- Analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts to discuss metric methodology and validation, ensuring that our data-driven decisions are accurate and reliable.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a combination of practical and intellectual skills, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing tasks and priorities. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
