Job Title: Senior Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with international merchants, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify leads within the global market through various channels, including HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
  • Conduct introductory calls to understand and assess merchant needs, providing recommendations that align with their business requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and real-time records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.
  • Stay informed of our competitive landscape, products/services, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrate experience in inside sales, prospecting in both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Represent the company and its brand with the highest degree of professionalism.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or sales/business development.
  • Understanding of the merchant payments environment is a plus.
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced setting.
  • Tenacious and resilient with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent planning, organization, prioritization, and time management discipline.
  • Fluent English.
