Senior Business Insight Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will take the lead on complex analysis projects, harnessing your skills in dashboarding, statistical modeling, and econometric analysis to inform strategic business decisions. Your ability to communicate technical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be invaluable in driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering tangible results.
Key Responsibilities- Ownership of key analytics initiatives, including dashboards, modeling, data quality control, template development, and automation opportunities;
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, serving as a liaison between departments and primary point of contact for related projects;
- Strategic planning with clients, analysts, and department leaders to identify gaps in projected vs actual performance and develop targeted solutions;
- Provision of training and onboarding support for analysis tools and directional learning programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative fields;
- Proficiency in Power BI, Looker, SQL, Microsoft Excel (Advanced Pivot Tables/Formulas), and Python/R programming languages;
- Experience in predictive modeling, regression, decision trees, and clustering techniques;
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, work independently and collaboratively.
