Job Summary

We are seeking a Content Specialist to create high-quality content for insurance products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, insurance product knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, editing, and developing new course content on insurance topics. They will also collaborate with content managers and product managers to review and improve course content.

  • Review and update existing course content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Develop new course content on insurance topics, including researching and writing course material in a variety of formats.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

Key Responsibilities:
