Controlling Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Controlling Specialist to support our Controlling team by monitoring and managing costs for assigned areas.

This role ensures effective collaboration across departments, enabling the company to operate efficiently and effectively.

  • Track financial performance, provide cost management insights, and drive adherence to financial targets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to oversee ongoing and ad-hoc costs.
  • Lead monthly cost reviews with stakeholders to track expenses, confirm accruals, and evaluate plan adjustments.
  • Support the month-end accounting closing process, including accruals and reconciliations.
  • Liaise between cost stakeholders and finance teams.
  • Evaluate financial data through systematic reviews and reconciliations.
  • Analyze variance trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement and present to management and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to controlling procedures and promote a strong control mindset.
  • Continuously assess and enhance financial control processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial reporting and processes.
About This Role

This is a critical role in supporting the Controlling team. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
