Technical Support Role

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support professional to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will work closely with our Customer Success and Engineering teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Responsibilities include triaging incoming support tickets, prioritizing tasks, and handling non-bug tasks independently.
  • Other responsibilities include setting up and troubleshooting integrations, investigating UI inconsistencies, and writing custom SQL queries.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a Rails codebase.
  • Strong SQL skills — able to write and optimize queries for real-world reporting needs.
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and contexts simultaneously.
