**About SugarCRM**

We are a global leader in customer relationship management, offering a unique platform that helps businesses connect with their customers. As a Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering world-class support to our customers and partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Create lasting relationships with customers by providing timely and effective support
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation, implementation, and production issues
- Continuously learn about Sugar products, core technologies, and troubleshooting methodologies
- Share knowledge and best practices with the Support department
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the customer's voice is heard throughout the company
- Document solutions for internal collaboration and public consumption

**Requirements:**

1+ years in a technical, customer-facing role
- Proficient in SQL
- Fast learning and quick thinking
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English

**Nice to Have:**

Experience with Linux-Apache-MySQL-PHP stack
- Familiarity with SugarCRM or other CRM/CX platforms
- Knowledge of server-side scripting languages
- Expected salary range, depending on experience
